      "The footage posted online indicates that the teacher's actions were unlawful and unacceptable. Upon detailed examination of the situation and analysis of the recordings from surveillance cameras, it becomes clear that several students from grades 7-9 acted as provocateurs, three of whom are on internal school records," noted Puchkov. According to the minister, the teenagers deliberately provoked the teacher: they entered the classroom, disrupted the lessons, insulted him, and invented an offensive nickname. Despite warnings, they continued to disrupt the order, including demonstratively using vapes. Profanity and insults were directed at the teacher. "In this situation, both sides are at fault. The teacher should have immediately reported the facts of the insults and smoking to the school administration for further investigation and the application of lawful disciplinary measures," added the head of the ministry. A conversation has already been held with one of the conflict participants and their legal representative. The teenager admitted that he and his classmates intentionally tried to provoke the teacher. The student and his parents also sent a statement to the school principal indicating that they had no claims against the teacher. The minister advised the teacher to contact the commission for the protection of the professional honor and dignity of educational workers at the Ministry of Education. "This situation clearly shows how necessary it is for teachers to keep their composure and under no circumstances give in to emotions; at the same time, the teacher can count on the ministry's support in resolving difficult cases, and we will provide all necessary legal assistance," he emphasized. In conclusion, the minister addressed both students and parents. He reminded them that respect for teachers is the foundation of a normal school environment, and the primary responsibility for raising children still lies with the family.
