      Residents of Nizhny Novgorod complained about a hole near a manhole on Gogol Street. In response to a request from a correspondent of the website pravda-nn.ru, the administration of the Nizhny Novgorod district promised to address this issue. In mid-March, a hole formed on the sidewalk next to house No. 32 on Gogol Street, right under the edge of the manhole cover. Residents reached out to the utility services about this, but they were slow to repair it. Then passersby began to fill the hole with sticks, plastic bottles, and anything they could find to prevent anyone from falling into it due to inattention. The administration of the Nizhny Novgorod district reported that they had already sent a request to PJSC "Rostelecom" for the company's employees to fix the hole near the manhole. The city hall explained that this manhole is under the jurisdiction of the organization. Earlier, the website pravda-nn.ru reported that the underground parking in a multi-story residential building on Suslov Street was flooded.
