The former property complex of NNSU in Arzamas has been put up for auction.

      On April 7, 2026, at 11:58, DOM.RF announced an auction for the sale of a property complex in Arzamas, which was previously owned by N.N. Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University. This information is reported on the organization's website.

      The complex is located in the village of Beryozovka on Shkolnaya Street. The lot includes a land plot of 0.42 hectares and a building with an area of 2,000 square meters. The property is suitable for commercial use.

      Nearby are a school, rural administration, a cultural center, a sports complex, and a public transport stop. A dendrological garden begins 400 meters away.

      The starting price of the lot is 8.25 million rubles. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 25, and the auction is scheduled for May 29.

      It was previously reported that DOM.RF sold five historical buildings in the Nizhny Novgorod region through auctions in 2025-2026.
