Over 80% of the bank's active client base gained access to the operator's services. The commercial launch of the project took place in June 2025. During this period, the teams integrated systems, configured the network and platforms, which provided "Alpha-Mobile" clients access to key telecom services: mobile internet, protection against phone fraud, and international roaming in more than 210 destinations. "Alpha-Mobile" operates as a virtual mobile network operator (Medium MVNO) and uses Beeline's infrastructure. The project expands Alfa-Bank's service offerings, enhances the protection of clients' financial transactions, and complements banking products with new communication capabilities. Currently, SIM cards can be ordered in 47 regions of Russia. By the end of 2026, partners plan to ensure the operator's presence throughout the country. A separate focus is the development of the technological base. "Alpha-Mobile" became the first banking operator in Russia to support VoLTE. The technology is already available in Moscow, the Moscow region, and the Republic of Mordovia. It will soon appear in Krasnodar Krai, St. Petersburg, and Novosibirsk, after which further scaling will begin.
