The project provides for an expansion of the area by almost 19.3 hectares, of which more than 10.7 hectares will be allocated for burials. It is planned to create 20,644 burial places. The new section is located along the southern, southwestern, and southeastern borders of the existing cemetery. Currently, this area is occupied by birches and aspens, there are no buildings or engineering networks, and unnamed lakes are located to the south and southeast. In addition to general construction work, the contractor will also need to carry out vertical planning of the territory, roads, sidewalks, and platforms, install fences, build water supply, sewage, and lighting networks, as well as install toilets and canopies.
