300 Nizhny Novgorod women became participants in the 2nd season of the program "Women's Leadership. Mothers of Many Children"

      On April 7, 2026, at 11:43, Society: 300 residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region became participants in the second season of the educational program "Women's Leadership. Mothers of Many Children." The solemn opening ceremony of the program took place at the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The program aims to create a unified supportive educational environment for mothers of many children in the region. Participants are women raising three or more children, actively developing and striving for harmony in family and society, sharing traditional family values.

      The ceremony was attended by Senator of the Russian Federation Olga Shchetinina, State Duma Deputy Artem Kavinov, Minister of Sports of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Dmitry Kabailo, Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Igor Pantyukhin, Acting Minister of Human Resources Policy of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Roman Markov, Head of the State Registration Office of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Olga Krasnova, Chairman of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod Evgeny Chintsov, Deputy of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Public Organization "Fathers of Russia" in the Nizhny Novgorod Region Dmitry Igoshin, Director of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Public Self-Governance of Nizhny Novgorod" Oksana Dektereva, and Chairwoman of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Public Organization "Association of Large Families" Tatyana Maltseva.

      " Loving mothers, wives, daughters - and at the same time professionals, leaders with a huge inner core. You look at them and understand: the choice between family and self-realization is a myth. Everything can be combined. And children, contrary to stereotypes, give not limitations, but strength and energy to move forward. Each participant is essentially an ambassador of our region. This is the pride of the Nizhny Novgorod Region! Some have three children, some have nine, and in their eyes - incredible harmony and strength. For such people, it is worth working, changing the region, doing more and better. It’s great that we have such projects and support for mothers! I want to give them more attention, warmth, and live communication. And to say a simple human thank you more often!" - noted Olga Shchetinina.

      The program is implemented by KUPNO with the support of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum. Among the ambassadors and partners of the program are the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Public Organization "Association of Large Families," as well as specialized women's communities and associations of mothers of many children.

      The project leader of "Women's Leadership. Mothers of Many Children," Vice-Rector for Development of KUPNO Maria Samodelkina reported that as a result of the selection campaign, out of 5,847 applications received for participation in the program, 300 best candidates were selected. Mothers of many children will experience educational intensives, off-site sessions, open lectures, business breakfasts, master classes, and training sessions, meetings with ambassadors, and joint actions. The top 100 finalists will receive letters of appreciation and certificates of additional professional education.

      From April to July 2026, participants will undergo a comprehensive educational program under the guidance of federal and regional speakers in a face-to-face format, including the following modules: "I am a mother of many children" (introduction to mothers of many children, team building, public speaking, public performances), "Roots of Strength - Faith, Traditions, Kin" (spiritual foundations of family and upbringing, formation of intergenerational connections, studying family traditions and their significance, awareness of the role of women in preserving culture and continuity), "Family Unity, Love, and Support" (strengthening the family, living in harmony, relationships between men and women, raising children, relationships with parents and the older generation), "Harmony of Femininity - Beauty and Style" (femininity and self-acceptance, healthy eating, fashion and style), "Creators of Change - Social Initiatives" (state and regional support for families, creating a personal brand on social networks, implementing family projects).

      As a result of the project, a "Mobile Team of Motherhood Ambassadors" will be formed with multi-format interactive events in the city. Among the formats are consultations on family support measures and opportunities for self-realization in the region, master classes and training on promoting family values, business games, interactive zones, and career guidance for mothers and children.

      According to the organizers, the implementation of the program will expand the proactive community of mothers of many children formed in the first season of the program.
