      The head of the "League of Safe Internet," Ekaterina Mizulina, has appealed to law enforcement due to channels threatening schools in the Kstovo district of Nizhny Novgorod. She reported this on her Telegram channel.

      Law enforcement has been provided with information about the channels and groups on social media that contain threats to educational institutions. As Mizulina noted, there is currently a second wave of such communities. Similar groups have also been created in Tver and Izhevsk.

      "They are primarily created to obstruct the work of educational institutions and law enforcement agencies. The second, less obvious goal is to find teenagers who are interested in the theme of attacks on schools. They try to engage in personal communication with them to provoke them into committing a crime," explained Ekaterina Mizulina. Earlier, the head of the "League of Safe Internet" appealed to investigators due to an insult to the Banner of Victory by a Nizhny Novgorod streamer.
