      Almost 550 million rubles are planned to be allocated for the major renovation of the Nizhny Novgorod Circus hotel. This is reported on the state procurement website. The customer is the Federal State Enterprise "Russian State Circus Company" ("Rosgoscirk"). The hotel building was constructed in 1963 and is located next to the circus at 42 Kommunisticheskaya Street. It has six floors, including one underground.

      The procurement is being conducted as part of the federal project "Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure." Small and medium-sized enterprises can participate in the competition. Applications are accepted until April 20, and the results will be announced on April 23.

      The contractor will not only have to carry out the major renovation but also develop the project and estimate documentation in advance. This is allocated 160 calendar days from the moment the contract is signed. During this time, it is necessary to conduct an instrumental survey of the building, prepare project and working documentation, agree on it with the customer, and undergo a state examination regarding the accuracy of the estimated cost. After this, the second phase will begin - the actual major renovation. It must be completed by November 15, 2028.
