The Uren district has great prospects.

On March 29, the Uren Municipal District was visited by Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region D.I. Bakiev and Deputy A.F. Tabachnikov. The visit program was quite extensive and varied.

It's nice to study in such a school!

Accompanied by the head of the local government of the Uren District S.B. Babintsev and Chairman of the Council of Deputies V.P. Solovyov, A.F. Tabachnikov and D.I. Bakiev visited Uren Secondary School No. 1, where the director I.E. Tsyplyanskaya conducted a tour for them. The deputies looked at the gym, cafeteria, chemistry, physics, and computer science classrooms, the restored shooting range, and noted that after the major renovation, the school has transformed. Bright, cozy classrooms equipped with modern equipment did not leave them indifferent. “Great! It's nice to study in such a school,” sincerely praised the district and school administration D.I. Bakiev.

In addition, the visit to the school museum made a big impression on the deputies, especially the Hall of Military Glory and fragments of military equipment and weapons brought by search teams from the district from excavation sites on the Kursk Bulge.

After the school tour, D.I. Bakiev and A.F. Tabachnikov met informally with the active members of the parent committee. At the meeting, the parents of the students requested assistance in addressing the issue of transitioning to a single-shift school schedule. Analyzing the situation, S.B. Babintsev and I.E. Tsyplyanskaya responded that the educational institution simply does not have enough space to organize the educational process in one shift. The only way out of this situation is to build a new school, for which the district administration is making every effort.

      Questions for the deputies

In the administration of the Uren District, D.I. Bakiev and A.F. Tabachnikov held a reception for citizens. The director of the "Krasny Yar" sanatorium-rehabilitation center V.P. Orekhova asked the deputies for help in gasifying the sanatorium and establishing cellular communication. The fact is that currently the premises are heated with liquid fuel, and switching the boiler house to gas will help save a significant amount of money. Residents living near the sanatorium and in the village of Krasny Yar also hope for the gasification of their homes. In response to V.P. Orekhova's appeal, D.I. Bakiev stated that together with the district administration, they would look into this issue and find ways to solve the gasification of the sanatorium-rehabilitation center and the possibility of providing it with cellular communication. The director of the Uren Industrial and Energy Technical School N.E. Okhotnikova, who came to the reception, appealed to the deputies for support in building a new dormitory for students. After carefully listening to N.E. Okhotnikova, the deputies promised to assist the technical school in resolving this issue.

At the end of the working visit to the Uren District, D.I. Bakiev and A.F. Tabachnikov met with the heads of local governments of the northern municipal districts of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      COMMENTS

D.I. Bakiev: “Today we visited secondary school number one, which was renovated in 2024 under the federal school renovation program. A big thank you to the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region for such a wonderful renovation of the school. We walked through the school, and all classrooms are equipped with modern equipment. It's nice to study in such a school; there is a wonderful team here. I liked the restored shooting range, where children can master shooting skills with an air rifle. The Uren District is developing quite dynamically and has great prospects. It is one of the flagships in the northern part of the region, and it has a bright future because the district development program is quite extensive. I would like to add that thanks to the support of the governor, the regional government, the Ministry of Health, and the national project “Healthcare,” such wonderful FAPs have been built, which are bright, cozy, and warm.”

A.F. Tabachnikov: “I have always been impressed by the mega-activity of both its leadership and the heads of schools, cultural institutions, and residents in the northern territories of the region, especially in the Uren District, which yields good results. The north has always been known for its thorough approach to business. Today we saw one of the best schools in the district. After the major renovation, it has become fundamentally different. Bright, comfortable, filled with modern equipment and furniture. We looked at the work of the feldsher-midwife station. A good FAP. There are ideas on how to improve its work by adding a number of functions that would not overload the staff but would allow the population to meet a number of medical needs. The Youth Sports and Recreation Center impressed me greatly. As pompous as it may sound, but this is where the health of the nation begins, from such small sports halls. Of course, we also discussed the problems that exist in the district, particularly the need to build a third school in Uren.”

Changes give a powerful impulse for the development of the village

During the working visit, D.I. Bakiev and A.F. Tabachnikov traveled to Temta, where they visited the FAP, the rural House of Culture, and the Youth Sports and Recreation Center. The deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region were left with a good impression from the visit to the Temtovsky modular FAP. The feldsher E.A. Shotina showed all the premises of the maternity unit, modern new equipment: electronic scales for children and adults, glucometers, a device for measuring intraocular pressure non-contact, an electrocardiograph, and much more. “Residents of the village say that our FAP is now no worse than in the city,” said E.A. Shotina. The head of the culture, information support, and youth policy department of the Uren District N.K. Malysheva, together with the head of the Temtovsky territorial sector I.V. Kozlovskaya, guided the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region to the Youth Sports and Recreation Center, which is very popular among the villagers, and showed them all the premises of the SDC, including the museum named after A.A. Puzych, the rural library, and the room of folk life "Russian Corner."

At the end of the tour of the Temtovsky SDC, N.K. Malysheva demonstrated a presentation to the deputies about the restoration of rural cultural houses in our district, which is taking place within the framework of national projects, federal programs, and the initiative budgeting project “You Decide!”, with the help of co-financing from the district administration. As Nadежда Konstantinovna said, the headache of the district administration and the culture department is the Karpunikhinsky SDC. It is impossible to renovate it through the “You Decide!” project, so project and estimate documentation has been prepared for the application campaign for the major renovation of the House of Culture. The documents have already been accepted by the Ministry of Culture. N.K. Malysheva requested assistance from D.I. Bakiev and A.F. Tabachnikov in promoting the project to start the major renovation of the SDC as soon as possible.

The visit to social and cultural facilities in Temta did not leave the deputies indifferent. They noted that the construction of the FAP, the renovation of the House of Culture, the opening of the Youth Sports and Recreation Center, and the beginning of gasification in Temta are important milestones in the life of the village and provide a powerful impulse for its further development.
