Mingrad approved the appearance of the first new buildings under the CRT project near the Molitovsky Bridge.

      April 1, 2026 17:41 Economy The Nizhny Novgorod city administration has approved the appearance of the first two buildings of the new quarter on Vorotynskaya Street. The buildings will be the first phase of the construction of the residential quarter "Levoberezhny," which is being developed by GloraX. The project is being implemented under a comprehensive development agreement initiated by the rights holder.

      The facades of the buildings are designed in a unified concept for future development. The design uses contrasting white, gray, and terracotta colors, which gives the buildings expressiveness while harmonizing with the surrounding environment.

      For the finishing, a ventilated facade system with composite panels of different shades, terracotta tiles resembling brick, and panels with painted glass are planned. A thermal insulation system with a finishing layer of mineral plaster is also applied. Architectural plasticity is created by alternating glazed and plastered elements, as well as protruding planes.

      The project includes perforated baskets for external air conditioning units — they will help maintain a neat appearance of the buildings during operation.

      Additionally, in August 2025, the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Construction issued a permit for the construction of the first residential building of the new business-class residential complex, implemented under the comprehensive development agreement on the left bank of the Oka River.

      Recall that the company and the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region signed the comprehensive development agreement in January 2024. According to it, the developer is obliged to build not only housing but also social infrastructure. Three kindergartens, a school, a clinic, and a physical culture and health complex are planned to be built in the quarter.

      Moreover, at least 25% of the area will be landscaped. GloraX will also develop and implement a concept for the improvement of the embankment, which will create new public spaces and a modern walking area along the Oka River for residents of the Lenin district.
