Services for Nizhny Novgorod diabetics have been included in the "white list."

      On April 2, 2026, at 11:56, the Society of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation expanded the list of digital services that remain available during mobile internet outages for security reasons. The updated "white list" includes systems for remote continuous glucose monitoring.

      As clarified by the ministry, such solutions allow for the transmission of blood sugar level data from personal medical devices directly to users' smartphones. Now they will operate even under communication restrictions.

      Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to include such systems in the white list by April 1, 2026.

      The list includes the applications Yuwell Anytime, Follow Anytime, Anytime, Anytime Follow, POCTech CGM, "DиаНянь", iCan Health, iCan Reach, Syai Link, FreeStyle LibreLink, FreeStyle Libre 2, Glutec, Lumiflex, Lumiflex Linx, Lumipod, Hematonix, Hematonix Max, MQ CGM, as well as Medtrum EasyPatch, Medtrum EasyTouch, Medtrum EasyFollow, and Medtrum EasySense.

      All listed services utilize computing resources and process data exclusively within the territory of Russia.

      Additionally, the list includes domestic solutions for remote health monitoring. This refers to mobile applications "M-Line. Remote Diabetes Monitoring" and "Satellite Online," the IoMT.Istok platform for remote monitoring of vital signs, as well as the Inme application and medical devices for blood pressure monitoring.

      The Ministry of Digital Development specified that the work on expanding the list was conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Roszdravnadzor, and structures responsible for security. The agency noted that the measures taken will ensure continuous access to important medical online services even during forced mobile internet restrictions.
