Deputy of the City Duma Nikolai Sataev has once again headed "Nizhny Novgorod Baths."

      April 2, 2026 17:57 Society City Duma deputy of Nizhny Novgorod Nikolai Sataev has again taken the position of head of JSC "Nizhny Novgorod Baths". This is evidenced by data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

      According to information from the registry, he became the director in January 2026.

      The documents also indicate that the joint-stock company was established in December 2025 as a result of reorganization - previously, "Nizhny Novgorod Baths" operated as a municipal enterprise. The sole shareholder of the company is the administration of Nizhny Novgorod.

      It should be noted that Nikolai Sataev previously managed the enterprise from 2016 to 2018.

      Earlier, Gleb Nikitin mentioned that an investor was interested in the "Kovalikhinsky Baths". There were also reports about planned modernization of the complex.
