The project is being implemented by the group of companies "Construction Directorate" — this is the first full-cycle project that the company is leading in the region. The partner is the DOM.RF Bank. As reported by the company, more than 3,000 cubic meters of concrete structures have been erected at the site. Currently, work on glazing and interior finishing is ongoing. Construction is ahead of schedule thanks to the use of modern technologies and engineering solutions. Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Sergey Morozov noted that the creation of a specialized regional developer has become a strategic step for the development of the real estate market. According to him, the project is being implemented according to the full development cycle, and the introduction of BIM technologies has improved the quality and speed of design. "The increase in housing construction volumes will positively impact the development of competition and increase the availability of housing for Nizhny Novgorod residents," he emphasized. Currently, work continues on filling openings with gas silicate blocks — about 50% of the work has been completed. The installation of external water supply, heating, and household sewage networks has been completed, and the internal sewage system is 80% ready. The installation of public exchange and smoke ventilation systems is underway. In April, builders plan to begin landscaping the area. The director of the JSC "Specialized Developer of the Nizhny Novgorod Region 'Construction Directorate'" Damir Biktimirov explained that to optimize processes, the building was divided into two parts, which allowed for monolithic work to be carried out without technological pauses and maintain high construction rates. In addition, a pile driving technology was applied, which excludes dynamic impact on the surrounding buildings. The company emphasized that "House on Murashkinskaya" will be the first multi-apartment building in Russia with full digital support for construction — from quality control to recording all stages of work. The building, with variable floors (10-11 floors), is designed for 106 apartments with a total area of about 5,000 square meters. Nearby are metro stations, schools, kindergartens, clinics, a stadium, and an ice palace. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2027.
