April 1, 2026 14:40 Society The airline has been held administratively liable for flight delays at Strigino Airport. This was reported by the Volga Transport Prosecutor's Office.
It was established that in 2025, due to the airline's fault, two flights to Antalya were delayed in Nizhny Novgorod. Passengers had to wait for more than 24 hours for their departure. Meanwhile, the carrier did not timely provide them with drinks, hot meals, and accommodation in a hotel. In addition, the company did not properly inform passengers about the rescheduling of flights.
Following the inspection, the transport prosecutor submitted a proposal to the head of the airline, and Rospotrebnadzor held the carrier accountable under part 1 of article 14.4 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for providing services that do not meet the requirements of regulatory legal acts. The company was fined 20,000 rubles.
