The Nizhny Novgorod District Court initiated a civil case based on the supervisory agency's claim on March 27. The justification for the demands states that the car was purchased in violation of federal laws No. 273-FZ "On Counteracting Corruption" and No. 115-FZ "On Counteracting the Legalization (Laundering) of Income Obtained by Criminal Means and Financing Terrorism."
