The Nizhny Novgorod District Court initiated a civil case based on the supervisory agency's claim on March 27. According to the investigation, from February to September 2025, while serving as the first deputy mayor, he received 120,000 rubles through an intermediary from representatives of a commercial organization and an individual entrepreneur. Law enforcement agencies believe that for this reward, the official was supposed to assist in organizing parking activities on municipal land plots and not take measures to stop illegal operations. Last week, it became known that the investigation was completed. The materials of the criminal case have been transferred to the court. Earlier, Egorov's predecessor, Ilya Shtokman, came under investigation. He is accused of receiving a multimillion-dollar bribe. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has a Telegram channel.
