Leaders have changed in two colleges in the region, the regional Ministry of Education reported. Irina Yaremenko has taken over as head of the Governor's College. She replaced Natalia Katyshova as director, who will continue her work in the field of education in the region. The ministry noted that Irina Yaremenko is a representative of a pedagogical dynasty. She began her professional path as a kindergarten teacher and then returned to her native pedagogical college as a teacher. Over the years, she has held positions as chairperson of the teachers' and students' trade union organization, educational organizer, and deputy director for educational and production work. A new leader has also been appointed at the Nizhny Novgorod Industrial College. Alexander Nikishin has become the director. He began his career at the same educational institution in 2005 and has held various managerial positions over the years. As emphasized by the ministry, the new leadership has been tasked with elevating the "Professionalism" cluster in the field of mechanical engineering to a new level. The corresponding directive was given by the regional Minister of Education, Mikhail Puchkov. The ministry notes that these personnel changes open a new stage in the development of educational organizations. The new directors face ambitious goals for the further development of the colleges.
