25 young musicians became participants in the second season of the project "Residents of 'Vysota'"

This year, 25 young authors have become residents — performers, sound producers, instrumentalists, and other representatives of the creative youth. "Residents of 'Height' is an annual program in which participants, under the guidance of project experts, will create original musical compositions that will appear on digital music platforms. This year, the project organizers received applications from Dzerzhinsk, Semyonov, Balakhna, Bor, and Nizhny Novgorod. "Residents of 'Height' are the new generation of the music industry. This is a platform for young musicians that helps them make a name for themselves. Last year, residents released over 70 tracks, accumulating more than 3 million listens. They performed at various venues, from regional to international. This year, program participants will create even more musical compositions. We offer a comprehensive program so that each project participant can continue to create and broadcast their work after the project is completed, knowing all the tools for this," said the Minister of Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Svetlana Anufrieva. Throughout the year, young musicians will work under the guidance of an experienced mentor — a multi-format artist, songwriter, and performer, Skattl. The debut performance for the residents was a house concert — a joint project from participants of the creative community of contemporary music of the art cluster "Tavrida," the art residency "Height" (Nizhny Novgorod), and the art residency "Loft" (Pskov). Vlad Karpach, who performed at the house concert, is a participant in the "Author's Music" course at the "Height" center for creative competencies, which became a resident this year, shared his expectations from participating in the project. "I am glad to be part of the Nizhny Novgorod music community of the art residency 'Height'; this is a great opportunity to showcase my music not only in my home region but also beyond its borders. Today, I am among the artists performing at the joint house concert 'Tavrida.Art' X 'Height' X 'Loft' in Pskov, and for me, this is a great opportunity for my music to be recognized, listened to, and heard as much as possible," said 'Height' resident Vlad Karpach.
