"United Russia" conducted a monitoring of the residential complex "New Life-Lviv" in Nizhny Novgorod.

      The party's landing took place as part of the implementation of the People's Program of "United Russia" and the party project "Urban Environment." In Nizhny Novgorod, a monitoring of the construction of the residential complex "New Life-Lvivskaya" was conducted. Participants inspected the progress of the construction of houses and social infrastructure. The project is being implemented as part of the comprehensive development of territories — an approach that the party has established at the federal level. The law on comprehensive development of territories, adopted in December 2024, requires developers to include schools, kindergartens, clinics, roads, and other infrastructure facilities in their projects along with housing. "Comprehensive development of territories is primarily about the convenience of life. Today we are at a site where this approach is being fully realized. There are several apartment buildings here. It is planned to build a sports and children's playground, and most importantly, a kindergarten. The residential complex will ensure safe passage from house to house, and there is parking. All of this is thanks to the new law that came into effect about a year ago at the initiative of the party. Current legislation is constantly being improved, and our specialists from 'United Russia' are actively participating in this," noted Vladimir Bespalov, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region, chairman of the committee on housing and communal services and the fuel and energy complex, regional coordinator of the party project "United Russia" "Urban Environment." The residential complex "New Life-Lvivskaya" is being built on a site of 8.7 hectares. Previously, this area was an administrative territory. The project was approved by the Architectural Council in October 2022. The complex is planned to consist of 6 residential buildings of varying heights from 17 to 21 floors, with a total of 1,938 apartments. Two buildings are being prepared for commissioning in 2026. The concept of the complex includes modern urban environment standards: a car-free courtyard, children's and sports playgrounds, and parking space for 1,550 vehicles. In 2025, the project was recognized as the best residential complex of the comfort class at the "Art of Building" award. "This year, two residential buildings are being commissioned — 656 apartments, of which 600 have already been sold. By the end of the year, 600 families will be able to enjoy their new square meters. All apartments are handed over with finishing: residents buy furniture and appliances and can immediately enjoy their happiness. The complex includes everything necessary for life. On the first floors, there will be pharmacies, shops — infrastructure for everyday life. Mothers with children will be able to use the playgrounds within the residential complex. The parking area is large and closed — each resident can park their car, which is very convenient," said Maria Perezhogina, head of the sales group of the developer "New Life." At the district forum "There is a Result!" in Rostov-on-Don, the results of the party's work in the field of housing construction were previously presented. During the implementation of the People's Program in Russia, more than half a billion square meters of housing have been commissioned, and nearly a million people have been resettled from emergency housing. The family mortgage program has been expanded, and more than 3 million citizens have received support for subsidizing rates. As noted by the secretary of the General Council of "United Russia," Vladimir Yakushev, the law on comprehensive development of territories has allowed a transition from uncontrolled construction to projects with comprehensive infrastructure focused on people. Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin also emphasized that the party's initiatives help develop the infrastructure of cities as a whole.
