The first Nizhny Novgorod wallpaper manufacturer has joined the federal project "Labor Productivity."

      March 27, 2026 15:18 Economy LLC "Loimina" has become the 316th participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy." Experts from the regional competence center (RCC) will implement lean production tools at the enterprise.

      "The company has become the first wallpaper manufacturer to join the federal project 'Labor Productivity' in the Nizhny Novgorod region. RCC specialists will work on-site at the enterprise for six months. During this time, they will jointly select a pilot flow with the company's employees, conduct an audit, and identify problem areas. In addition, training for employees on the basics of lean production will be conducted in parallel," said the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Maxim Cherkasov.

      To become a participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity," you need to submit an application on the IT platform: productivity.rf. From 2019 to 2024, such support measures were implemented as part of the national project "Labor Productivity," and from 2025, as part of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."

      The national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy," initiated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, represents a set of systemic measures that form the groundwork for a new model of long-term economic growth based on a supply-side economy and ensure the achievement of nine indicators of national goals.
