Residents of Nizhny Novgorod's high-rise buildings can monitor their utilities through MAX.

Residents of apartment buildings in Nizhny Novgorod will be able to resolve household issues directly in the MAX messenger. The Ministry of Construction of Russia has launched a digital assistant in house chats that will remind users of the deadlines for submitting meter readings and paying utility bills, and starting April 1, will allow sending requests to the management company.

According to the Ministry of Construction, the digital assistant is already operational in house chats of apartment buildings across the country, including the Nizhny Novgorod region. To use the service, one needs to join the house chat in MAX, open the list of participants, and find the chatbot: for most regions, it is "Gosuslugi Dom". You can join the chat via a QR code on the information stand in the entrance, at the management company's office, or through the "Gosuslugi Dom" app.

Currently, about 539,000 house chats have been created in MAX for communication between residents and management companies, with a total audience exceeding 12 million people. Authorities expect that such digital tools will simplify communication between citizens and utility services and make house management more transparent.
