A PVZ employee in Nizhny Novgorod stole 100,000 rubles from the marketplace.
On March 26, 2026, at 14:40, Incidents: An employee of the order pickup point of a marketplace in Nizhny Novgorod stole goods worth about 100,000 rubles. The detention of the 23-year-old woman was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The incident occurred in early March at Avtozavod. Surveillance cameras recorded how the employee entered the fitting room with the goods, hid them in her backpack, and then exited the premises and got into a taxi waiting for her.
According to the police, she was assisted by acquaintances — they entered the pickup point several times and participated in carrying out the stolen items. A total of clothing and communication devices worth 98,000 rubles were stolen.
The owner of the pickup point discovered the shortage while reviewing the camera footage. After that, the woman was detained. It turned out that she had previously been convicted.
A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Theft." During the investigation, the suspect has been placed under a travel restriction.
