The politician emphasized that the primaries are a key stage for any candidate, as it is during this period that they receive support from party members. According to him, the procedure for preliminary voting is a "verification of the personal program, goals, and objectives with the unified common vector of the country." Lyulin added that, as a member of "United Russia" and speaker of the regional parliament, he feels proud that his contribution and his voice have contributed to the development of the Nizhny Novgorod region. At the same time, he noted that there is still a significant amount of work ahead necessary for further growth.
