Information about the projects has been posted on the region's investment portal. The first hotel for 35 guests is planned to open in Lukoyanov. It is aimed at city visitors, who currently lack accommodation options. The hotel complex is expected to include a restaurant for 80 people and a conference hall with an area of 150 square meters. The construction will require about 131 million rubles. According to estimates, the investments should pay off in about six years. A plot of land with an area of 1.9 hectares has been selected for construction. It is located in Lukoyanov near the "Kolos" sports complex on Zagorodnaya Street, 39B. The second project involves the establishment of a hotel for 50 guests with additional infrastructure. The space is planned to be used not only for accommodating guests from the district but also for holding cultural and entertainment events. The land plot of 0.12 hectares is in permanent indefinite use by the "Youth" sports complex. The need for construction is also explained by the high demand for hotel services and the growth of tourist flow, which exceeds 43 thousand people per year. The second project requires 25 million rubles. It is planned to create 15 jobs. The implementation is expected to be completed in two years, and the payback period is estimated at seven years.
