The Canadian Feinstra family is returning to the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      March 20, 2026 10:30 Society The large family of Feinstra, who moved from Canada to the Nizhny Novgorod region, is preparing to return to Russia.

      Recall that in December 2025, Arend and Anissa Feinstra, along with their children, traveled to Canada for the first time in over two years. They planned the trip as a vacation.

      During their absence, their farm in the Nizhny Novgorod region is being looked after by a family of Australians who previously moved to the region from Siberia.

      After visiting relatives in Canada, in January, the Feinstras continued their journey and set off on a road trip across the USA in a motorhome. Meanwhile, the older children stayed in Ontario; they decided to work and not participate in the further trip.

      After three months of traveling, the family is set to return to their farm in the Dalenekonstantinovsky district.

      As Arend Feinstra reported on social media, the tickets are already booked, and everyone is eagerly awaiting their return home. The exact date of arrival has not yet been announced.

      It was previously reported that the Canadian Feinstras summarized two years of life in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
