In the local administration, which was also sent an inquiry, it was clarified that they had no information about who specifically activated the loudspeaker alert system.

       Later, an informed source reported that one of the versions of the incident being considered is "a failed joke organized by students from one of the local technical schools." This information has not yet received official confirmation; however, it is known that this technical school is located in the area with the best audibility of the alarm signal. Questions about a potential investigation of this incident and possible accountability measures for the participants have not yet been publicly addressed.
