The project was implemented with the financial support of the Nizhny Novgorod Scientific and Educational Center (NOЦ). It represents a unique technological solution, fully based on domestic component base and advanced machine learning methods. "Supporting such initiatives is a priority of the industrial policy of the region. This project clearly demonstrates the capabilities of the Nizhny Novgorod engineering school in creating high-tech systems for data collection and analysis. The regional government will continue to assist in the implementation of such developments, as they directly affect the competitiveness of our industry and ensure stable growth in production indicators in the long term," noted the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Andrey Sanosyan. The developed system is designed for continuous monitoring of the performance of machine park units and aggregates in real-time. The basis of the software and hardware complex is a methodology for creating an individual dynamic passport of the object, which allows for automated determination of optimal operating and adjustment conditions for machines. The use of artificial intelligence algorithms ensures the identification of the most informative parameters of equipment condition, which allows not only to record current indicators but also to predict the risks of malfunctions, as well as to proactively adjust the processing modes of parts to reduce tool wear. "For our company, the implementation of this system has become a strategic step towards optimizing the production capacities of our clients. Thanks to the joint work with NGTU named after Alekseev and the support of the Nizhny Novgorod region, in particular, the Nizhny Novgorod NOЦ, we have received a tool that allows us to minimize downtime and significantly extend the service life of expensive equipment," said Alexander Astashkin, General Director of LLC "EMG". Currently, the system is fully integrated into the production infrastructure of the industrial partner. The software and hardware complex successfully handles the tasks of processing diagnostic characteristics during the production of standard parts and ensures the formation of a digital profile for each unit of equipment based on quantitative indicators of the dynamic system of the machine. "The successful integration of this development into the real sector confirms the high efficiency of the mechanisms for interaction between science and business that we are building. We see how the fundamental research of Nizhny Novgorod scientists has transformed into a specific market product capable of replacing imported analogs and ensuring a qualitative leap in the issues of digitalization of production processes," emphasized Alexander Tarasenko, Director of the ANO "Nizhny Novgorod NOЦ". It is worth noting that in 2024, the project of NGTU named after R.E. Alekseev for the creation of a diagnostics and monitoring system for the machine park became the winner of the joint competition of the Nizhny Novgorod NOЦ and LLC "EMG". The project budget amounted to 20 million rubles.
