Deputies will discuss issues of support for participants of the SVO and their families at a meeting of the relevant committee of the Duma.

      The meeting will take place on January 26. On January 26 at 14:00, the next meeting of the permanent commission on patriotic education, youth policy, physical culture, and sports will be held at the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod (Kremlin, building 5, meeting room) under the chairmanship of Vladimir Poddymnikov-Gordeiev. The commission will hear reports on providing assistance to participants of the special military operation, working with their families, and developing opportunities for high-performance sports. The deputies will also summarize the implementation of the municipal program "Youth of Nizhny Novgorod" for 2025 and consider draft decisions of the Duma regarding interaction with socially oriented non-profit organizations. There are a total of five questions on the agenda of the meeting.
