On January 13, 2025, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Mari El Republic revoked the declaration of conformity for dairy products from LLC TD "Nizhny Novgorod Reserve." As part of the planned food monitoring of goods subject to state veterinary control, a sample of butter "Krestyanskoye 72.5%" was taken at the GUFSIN of Russia in the Moscow region. This sample was sent to the laboratory for testing on quality and safety indicators of food products. As a result of laboratory tests, a non-compliance was found regarding quality indicators in the product declared as slightly sweet unsalted butter "Krestyanskoye" with a fat content of 72.5%, highest grade (GOST 32261-2013), with the presence of beef fat (27.5%). This fact constitutes a violation of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union TR TS 033/2013 "On the Safety of Milk and Dairy Products," and the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union TR TS 021/2011 "On the Safety of Food Products." The presence of beef fat in the composition, not indicated on the labeling, misleads consumers regarding the quality and safety of the product. Based on the identified signs of falsification and violation of technical regulations, the declaration of conformity for LLC TD "Nizhny Novgorod Reserve" was declared invalid. This information has been entered into the register of declarations of conformity of the Federal Accreditation Service.
Regarding all violations of legislation, the producer has been warned about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
