The main topics of such meetings include the procedure for conducting inspections, industry standards of legislation and their changes, analysis of mass violations of mandatory requirements, conducting preventive visits, as well as digital tools for interaction with regulatory authorities. "Digitalization and prevention of violations of mandatory requirements are important trends in the development of supervisory activities. The use of the mobile application 'Inspector', pre-trial appeals, correspondence with inspectors in the personal account on 'Gosuslugi', direct communication with controllers during preventive visits, and remote monitoring significantly save time and resources for entrepreneurs, ultimately reducing the burden on honest businesses. Therefore, the explanatory work of regulatory authorities on these topics is very relevant. Such meetings are in high demand among businesses – over the year, the number of participants increased by more than 15 percent," said Alevtina Yeremina, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. In total, over the year, more than 270 seminars were held in the region, including in online format.
