An agricultural company from Diveyevsky District has joined the "Labor Productivity" project.

      The agricultural company LLC "Diveevskoye" has become the 307th participant in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast to join the federal "Labor Productivity" project of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy." Experts from the regional competence center (RCC) will implement lean production tools at the enterprise.

      The company specializes in growing grain and fodder crops, livestock farming, and producing finished dairy and other food products.

      "‘Diveevskoye’ has become the twelfth agricultural enterprise in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast to join the federal 'Labor Productivity' project. Many enterprises in this sector have already completed the full cycle of implementing lean technologies and have shown respectable results. For example, the Pushkinskoye breeding farm increased output by 10 percent, and the Lenin Breeding Farm by 15 percent," said Maksim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast.

      Specialists from the regional competence center will support the enterprise for six months. During this time they will select pilot production flows, conduct process analyses, identify key bottlenecks and implement a number of solutions aimed at increasing labor productivity. At the same time, employees will be trained in the basics of lean production.

      To become a participant in the federal "Labor Productivity" project, you must submit an application on the IT platform: производительность.рф. From 2019 to 2024 this support measure was implemented within the national "Labor Productivity" project, and from 2025 it has been implemented as part of the federal "Labor Productivity" project of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."

      The national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy," initiated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, is the main tool for shaping a new growth model.
