      JSC Transneft – Upper Volga (a subsidiary of PJSC Transneft) provided charitable assistance to 57 organizations in 2025.

      In particular, the company allocated funds to the Nizhny Novgorod Oncology Research Center fund to purchase expensive medicines, directed support to Meshchera National Park to implement a program for the conservation of European bison, and supported the activities of the Kurgan search unit. Funding was also provided for the purchase of medical equipment for the N.A. Semashko Nizhny Novgorod Regional Clinical Hospital.

      A significant portion of the charity program was directed to education. The company supported technical schools, colleges and universities, allocating funds to equip laboratories with modern equipment and software, renovate premises, and purchase computer equipment for schools in the Nizhny Novgorod, Pskov and Ryazan regions and the Republic of Mari El. Support was also provided to the I.M. Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas to modernize the material and technical base of relevant departments.

      As part of support for participants in the special military operation, the company assisted the charitable foundation "People’s Front. Everything for Victory." Quadcopters and monitoring equipment were sent to military units. In addition, to restore the socio-economic infrastructure of the new regions, specialized equipment was transferred to relevant organizations and military units.

      Volunteers from JSC Transneft – Upper Volga organized and held a series of New Year events for residents of orphanages, boarding schools and social rehabilitation centers in the regions where the company operates.

      Charity and volunteer work are an integral part of the corporate social responsibility of JSC Transneft – Upper Volga, aimed at the sustainable development of the regions where it operates.
