On January 10, a theatrical-poetic concert, “Snow Angel,” was held in the undercroft of the Assumption Church of the Ascension Pechersky Men’s Monastery in Nizhny Novgorod. The event took place as part of a new Radio Obraz project called “Quiet Evening.” Participants included the abbot of the monastery, Archimandrite Tikhon (Zatyokin); Radio Obraz’s editor-in-chief, Irina Vdovina; and poet, composer, radio host and Radio Obraz program author Anastasia Shokhina. The concert program featured poems and romances. The audience also saw the one-man performance “Christmas Nativity” performed by Honored Artist of Russia, actor of the Nizhny Novgorod State Academic Puppet Theater Alexander Nosov.
