Residents of Nizhny Novgorod have access to 70 federal life situations on the Gosuslugi portal.

      The implementation of the project to introduce life situations on the Gosuslugi platform and in regional digital services, planned for 2025, has been completed in Russia. This was announced by the press service of ANO "National Priorities."

      Now citizens can solve a wide range of tasks related to key life events through a one-stop shop. A total of 70 federal and 425 regional life situations are available. The project is part of the national project "Data Economy" led by Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

      Life situations simplify interaction with government bodies by reducing the time needed to solve problems and lessening the need to collect documents. Data from information systems are uploaded automatically. Dmitry Grigorenko noted that many issues can now be resolved remotely in just a few clicks.

      Among the popular life situations in 2025 were: "University admission" (used by 9,955,626 people), "Receiving a tax deduction" (4,406,971 people), "Protection from fraudsters" (3,267,950 people), "Retirement" (1,957,441 people) and "Large family" (980,620 people).

      The project also includes proactive service delivery formats and uniform quality standards.

      Work on developing the Gosuslugi platform and life situations will continue in 2026. Improvements to services, the launch of new solutions and strengthened quality control are planned.

      Recall that residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region gained access to a new digital service on the Gosuslugi portal — a life situation called "Planning and the Birth of a Child." This service is intended for expectant parents and families with newborns and allows many issues related to paperwork and receiving state support to be resolved in one place.
