On October 1, 2025, the Moscow District Court of Nizhny Novgorod considered a case of an administrative offense against G., provided for by part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism, that is, a violation of public order expressing obvious disrespect for society, accompanied by obscene language in public places, offensive harassment of citizens, as well as the destruction or damage of another’s property, combined with disobedience to a lawful demand of a representative of authority, or another person performing duties to protect public order or to suppress a violation of public order). From the case materials it follows that G., being on Chaadayev Street in the Moscow district of Nizhny Novgorod, violated public order, showing obvious disrespect for society, using obscene language, behaving arrogantly and provocatively, and did not respond to remarks. By a ruling of the Moscow District Court of Nizhny Novgorod dated October 1, 2025, G. was found guilty and was sentenced to administrative arrest for 10 days.
