In pharmacies in Nizhny Novgorod the Russian drug "Kvinsenta" — an analogue of the world-famous "Ozempic" — has become cheaper by one thousand rubles. This was reported by the editor-in-chief of MIA "Stacionar-press" Alexey Nikonov on his Telegram channel.
According to him, this is a step toward greater accessibility of treatment for people with diabetes and obesity.
Note that the specified drug should be used for weight loss only after consulting a doctor.
Earlier it was reported that residents of Nizhny Novgorod with obesity will be required to be monitored by doctors for life.
Also recall that in the Volga region’s capital the final stage of clinical trials is being conducted for the GP30931 Sedjaro drug, intended for the treatment of adolescents with obesity.
