Moment of the FAP Opening. A.A. Sazonov, S.Kh. Kablova, S.A. Smirnov
An event of special significance took place in the lives of the residents of the settlement of Obkhod. On the eve of the New Year a new, modernly arranged and properly equipped modular feldsher-midwife station (FAP) was opened in the locality.
Residents of the settlement, the first deputy head of the district administration S.A. Smirnov, deputy of the Council of Deputies A.I. Titov, and the chief physician of MMC "Severny" A.A. Sazonov attended the solemn opening ceremony of the FAP. Congratulating the residents on an unusual event for the settlement, S.A. Smirnov expressed gratitude to the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Ministry of Health, chief physician A.A. Sazonov and his team for the fact that this is not the first FAP to be opened in the district; he said it was especially pleasant to take part in this event on the eve of a wonderful holiday—the New Year.
The gathering was warmly and sincerely congratulated by the chief physician of MMC "Severny" A.A. Sazonov and deputy of the Council of Deputies A.I. Titov.
"Use the services of this FAP," Sergey Alexandrovich said, addressing the residents of the settlement. "Comfortable conditions have been created here where you can receive necessary procedures and consultations."
He noted that this is already the fifth FAP being opened in the district as part of the implementation of our region’s primary healthcare program.
"You know better than I do that the conditions that existed before are not comparable to those that will be available now. You are lucky to have two specialists here: a feldsher and a nurse, while staff shortages are currently one of the most acute problems. The need for a feldsher-midwife station here is enormous; there is a fairly large population. It will serve five settlements." A.A. Sazonov thanked the governor and the regional government for what is being done under the program for the development and modernization of the region's primary healthcare.
About 11 million rubles were spent on construction of the module, landscaping, and equipment. This is a very large sum.
The medical post offers good conditions for work and for patients. It has the necessary equipment and internet. All of this has been done for the benefit of the settlement’s residents and all residents of the Urensky district. Deputy of the Council of Deputies A.I. Titov, having highly appreciated the appearance of a modern medical facility in the settlement, wished the residents of Obkhod to take care of and maintain their health and to come to their medical post for treatment.
After the congratulations concluded, the most solemn moment of the event arrived.
The honor of cutting the ceremonial ribbon was performed by the first deputy head of the district administration S.A. Smirnov, the chief physician of MMC "Severny" A.A. Sazonov, and the feldsher of the Obkhod FAP S.Kh. Kablova. After that, those who wished were given the opportunity to go inside the building and see its layout and equipment with their own eyes.
