During night patrol on January 2, traffic police officers in Dzerzhinsk noticed a highly unusual car. In front of a house on Sovetskaya Street a car was driving without a hood and without doors. According to the Nizhny Novgorod Region police, the inspectors signaled the driver to stop and decided to check him.
At the wheel was a young man born in 2002. When checking his documents, the police immediately noticed obvious signs of intoxication. A test administered on the spot confirmed their suspicions — the device showed 0.922 mg/L of alcohol.
An administrative report was drawn up against the offender under the article “Operating a vehicle while intoxicated.” He now faces a fine and the loss of his driver’s license. The police reminded that drunk drivers remain one of the main dangers on the roads. Residents of the region are asked not to remain indifferent: if you see someone driving while intoxicated, you should immediately report it by calling 112, providing the car number and any possible route of travel.
