A United Russia party delegation paid an inspection visit to Polyclinic No. 30 in the Sovetsky District.

      The development of the healthcare system is a priority area in implementing the United Russia party’s People’s Program.

      A party inspection team checked the condition of Polyclinic No. 30 in the Sovetsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. The working group was led by the regional coordinator of United Russia’s party project “Healthy Future,” deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and secretary of the local United Russia branch in the Sovetsky District, Yuri Balashov.

      The party inspection team focused on the clinic’s offices and medical equipment. Yuri Balashov noted that the clinic is in proper condition.

      “For many years we have allocated funds for the modernization of Polyclinic No. 30. It is important not only to maintain the condition of medical institutions but also to invest in their development. Creating comfortable conditions for citizens is our duty, so we must respond to the population’s requests and help implement them,” said Yuri Balashov.

      In 2025, with funds from the deputy, laptops and multichannel telephones were purchased. With their help, doctors can conduct telemedicine consultations with patients.

      “Our equipment had already become outdated, so we submitted a request to purchase new equipment. Now the provision of medical services has become more convenient for both patients and doctors. The purchased equipment allows online appointments for people with limited mobility or patients who need annual or monthly prescription refills. People do not need to come to the clinic and stand in queues — they can receive the necessary recommendations right from home. We are very glad to have such equipment,” said Lyubov Trefilova, chief physician of the State Healthcare Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region “City Polyclinic No. 30 of the Sovetsky District.”

      The party inspection team is an effective tool for operational monitoring of the region’s development and timely response to residents’ requests. One of the project’s most important tasks is monitoring the implementation of the United Russia party’s People’s Program.
