They want to turn the "Rossiya" cinema building in Kulebaki into a youth center.

      In the city of Kulebaki, the old "Russia" cinema on Butova Street is planned to be reconstructed into a modern youth space. This initiative aims to create an innovative, multifunctional venue that will become a leisure center for the younger generation.

      The renovation concept has already been published on the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod region, where potential investors can review the project details. Construction of the cinema began in 1972, and since then the building has been rebuilt several times, eventually becoming a three-story cultural and entertainment center. But now the building requires reconstruction. One option is to erect a new structure with the appropriate purpose on a plot of 0.13 hectares.

      "The project envisages creating a creative, multifunctional youth space that will bring together fashionable and in-demand formats of intellectual and creative leisure," the investment project map states.

      The project requires substantial financial investments amounting to 306 million rubles. Negotiations are currently underway with potential partners to attract additional funds and jointly implement this ambitious initiative.
