Traffic on the temporary bridge over the Tesha River in the Navashinsky District will be restricted on December 25 and 26. According to the Main Directorate of Highways of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, it is urgently necessary to replace the reinforced concrete roadway slabs at the site.
The road surface was damaged due to heavy trucks. Truck drivers often ran with overloads, and the bridge's structures simply could not withstand such loads.
Work on the Ryazhsk — Kasimov — Murom — Nizhny Novgorod route is planned to be carried out over two days. To minimize traffic jams, the road will not be closed for the entire day but at intervals. Passage will be closed from 11:00 to 12:30, then from 13:00 to 14:30, and in the final stretch from 15:00 to 16:30. This schedule will apply on both days of repair.
