The limited liability company LLC "Futbol", owned by entrepreneur Grisha Saakyan, received official permission to prepare design documentation for the construction of a hotel complex in Nizhny Novgorod. The corresponding order was published on the website of the Ministry of Urban Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
According to the approved data, the hotel is planned to be built near the Nizhny Novgorod Circus (Kanavinsky District). The area allocated for design is bounded by Priokskaya, Kommunisticheskaya and Revolyutsionnaya streets.
The area of the plot included in the design plan is about 0.28 hectares. The total area of the future hotel complex will reach 3,800 square meters.
Design work must be completed by December 2026.
