      A fatal traffic accident occurred in the village of Staroye Akhmatovo in the Bolsheboldinsky District on December 3. This was reported by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      At about 16:30, opposite house No. 113 on Balashova Street, a 26-year-old driver of a GAZelle collided with a Silach motor-block that was traveling ahead of him. The driver and a passenger of the motor-block died at the scene (a man and a woman estimated to be about 60 and 30 years old).

      According to preliminary information, the GAZelle driver was distracted by a mobile phone. He was sober at the time of the collision.
