The number of employed people with no experience doubled in 11 months.
Over 11 months of 2025, the number of citizens without work experience who were employed with the assistance of the Nizhny Novgorod Personnel Center "Rabota Rossii" doubled. Since the beginning of the year the center has employed 4.3 thousand such jobseekers, whereas for the same period in 2024 — 2.1 thousand. More than 60% of those employed without experience are young people aged 14 to 20, 13% are jobseekers aged 21 to 30, and the rest are citizens over 30. Of them, 55.5% have a secondary general education, 23.3% have no general education, 13.7% graduated from secondary specialized educational institutions, and 7.5% graduated from higher education institutions. According to Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department for Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the region’s enterprises offer specialists without experience paid internships, adaptation programs and mentoring, which contributes to building the region’s personnel potential. According to Lyudmila Yegorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod Personnel Center "Rabota Rossii," each jobseeker without experience is provided with an individual employment assistance plan, career guidance, help in composing a résumé and preparing for interviews. Jobseekers without experience have joined the staff of the region’s industrial enterprises, social-sector institutions and agro-industrial complex. Currently, more than 11 thousand vacancies for citizens without experience are available on the "Rabota Rossii" portal in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. You can apply for employment assistance at any branch of the region’s employment service. Since 2025, at the instruction of President Vladimir Putin, the national project "Personnel" has been implemented in Russia, within which four federal projects operate: "Labor Market Management," "Active Employment Support Measures," "Education for the Labor Market," and "The Working Person." The projects are aimed at the high-quality and prompt training of personnel to meet employers’ needs through coordination of the work of educational institutions, companies and the state.
