The Nizhny Novgorod Personnel Center invites citizens to events as part of the Decade for Persons with Disabilities.

      The Nizhny Novgorod Staffing Center "Rabota Rossii" is organizing a series of events for citizens with disabilities, people with health limitations and participants in the special military operation as part of the Decade of Persons with Disabilities. The events will take place from December 1 to 10 in Nizhny Novgorod and in the district branches of the employment service.

      Throughout the decade the staffing center will hold themed job fairs, social adaptation classes, trainings in neurography and the development of emotional intelligence. A separate block in the program comprises events of the Women's Club at the staffing center.

      "We understand that people with disabilities often face additional difficulties when searching for work — from psychological barriers to insufficient awareness of their rights. We have prepared events in various formats that will help overcome these difficulties. We will pay special attention to career guidance and training programs so that each participant can not only find a suitable job but also acquire new skills for career growth," said Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department for Labor and Employment of the Population of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      For their part, a round table dedicated to issues of job quotas and creating an inclusive work environment is planned for employers.

      "We are systematically building partnerships with employers, jointly working through the issues of creating jobs for people with disabilities. Thanks to such cooperation, we are able not only to increase the number of vacancies but also to adapt workplaces to the special needs of applicants," emphasized Lyudmila Yegorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod Staffing Center "Rabota Rossii."

      Recall that since 2025, in Russia, by order of President Vladimir Putin, the national project "Personnel" has come into effect.
