Bailiffs seized a BMW found near the Nizhny Novgorod theater.

      Bailiffs seized a BMW X3 parked near one of the theaters in Nizhny Novgorod. The car belongs to a local resident who owed a legal entity 2.5 million rubles and was in no hurry to resolve the issue.

      During an inspection it emerged that the man owned a car that was already subject to a ban on registration actions. In addition, his bank accounts have been frozen, and he cannot travel abroad due to restrictions.

      Despite all notifications, the debtor refused to make contact and did not provide the car for seizure. Eventually the vehicle was found near the theater.

      The BMW was seized and handed over to the creditor for safekeeping. The owner now has 10 days to voluntarily repay the debt. If he does not, the car will be sold and the proceeds used to pay off the debt.

      Earlier it was reported that more than 420 tonnes of wheat belonging to a Nizhny Novgorod agricultural company had been seized over debts.
