      JSC "United Communal Operator" commented on the incident involving a car on General Zimin Street that occurred last night.

      According to the information provided, work is being carried out on that section under the permit issued for it. The area had been cordoned off, but apparently the VAZ driver did not notice.

      Recall that, according to the traffic police, the man behind the wheel of the VAZ-2105 ("pyatnashka") was intoxicated. Four people were injured as a result of the incident.
