Trams in Nizhny Novgorod will temporarily change their routes due to track repairs.

      This weekend residents of Nizhny Novgorod face temporary changes to three tram routes. The information was released by the Regional Center for Transport System Development.

      According to LLC "Ecological Projects," on November 22 from 7:00 to 14:00 tram No. 3 will operate on a shortened route — from Moskovsky Railway Station to Komsomolskaya Square. During the same period tram No. 21 will be temporarily out of service. And on Sunday, November 23, from 7:00 to 14:00 service on route No. 417 will be suspended.

      The restrictions are related to repair work on the tram tracks.

      Earlier it was reported that new restrictions were introduced on Ilyinka due to tram track reconstruction.

      We also note that the dismantling of old tram tracks on Zelensky Descent is 90% complete.
