      Four people were injured when a VAZ-2115 car fell into a huge pit in Nizhny Novgorod. The accident occurred at 22 General Zimin Street (Kanavinsky District) at about 03:00 on 22 November, the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate for the Nizhny Novgorod Region reported.

      According to the agency, the 24-year-old driver behind the wheel of the "fifteen" was intoxicated. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 12.26 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, "Failure by the driver of a vehicle to comply with the requirement to undergo a medical examination for intoxication."

      Earlier it was reported that an intoxicated driver rammed seven parked cars in Sarov.
