Another 12 investment projects worth 2.6 billion rubles will be launched in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The Land and Property Relations Council under the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the allocation of land plots for the implementation of 12 investment projects. The total investment will amount to about 2.6 billion rubles, and approximately 700 new jobs will be created in the region, the regional government's press service reported.

      According to Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov, most of the initiatives are related to industry and logistics. They include the construction of new production complexes, logistics facilities and socially significant institutions.

      For example, a library and leisure center will be built in the village of Inyutino in the Bogorodsky district. The applicant is the municipal public institution "Capital Construction Department of the Bogorodsky Municipal District." The plot area will be almost 4,000 sq. meters, the implementation period one year, and the investment volume 105 million rubles.

      In Dzerzhinsk, the company "Biokar" will build a complex for processing and producing polymers. The project is planned for eight years, the area is about 10,000 sq. meters, and the investment is 170 million rubles.

      In Nizhny Novgorod, on Novopolevaya Street, the company "Antis" is implementing a project to manufacture high-precision metal parts. The plot area is over 22,000 sq. meters, the construction period is three years, and the investment volume is 256.4 million rubles.

      Plots have also been approved for a workshop for the production of PVC and aluminum window and door structures in the Balakhna district (company "Profilstroy", 100 million rubles in investment) and for a warehouse complex in Arzamas (LLC "Chernukhinskoye", 400 million rubles).

      It should be added that since the beginning of 2025 the Land Relations Council has approved more than 200 projects with a total value of 79.1 billion rubles. As a result, about 7,500 jobs have been created in the region.

      Investors can apply for a land plot through the "Investor's Personal Account" on the website of the relevant ministry. The service was developed as part of the "End-to-End Investment Flow" project, which aims to accelerate project implementation times and reduce the administrative burden on business.

      Earlier it was reported that the Nizhny Novgorod Region plans to create a modern enterprise for the production of broiler products oriented toward export.
