Society T2, a Russian mobile operator, once again acted as a partner of the regional stage of the All‑Russian student case championship in economics and entrepreneurship "Klyuch" in Nizhny Novgorod. Representatives of the operator evaluated projects by talented young people and selected the best initiative in the category "Other Rules: a New Level of Digitalization."

The case championship is a team competition in which students in grades 9–11 propose technological solutions to real business problems. This year the championship is dedicated to the phygital revolution, and participants tackle cases at the intersection of digital services and offline activities in the context of regional development. For many students, participation in the case championship becomes the first step toward entrepreneurship and helps develop skills in their chosen field.

The jury evaluated the entries according to a number of criteria. It was important for team members to conduct research to identify the target audience’s problems and to justify the economic feasibility of their business case. In addition, the initiative had to be technically implementable. In its own category, T2 also determined the winner based on the novelty and boldness of the idea. As a trendsetter in the Russian telecom market, the operator supports initiatives whose authors challenge the norms and set technological trends of their own.

T2 employees in Nizhny Novgorod this year evaluated the works of four participating teams and selected the winner of T2’s special nomination. The winner was SUPTEAM with a project for an ecosystem for training and developing the skills of people in soft‑skills professions, SoftUp Education. The platform is aimed at solving problems of ineffective staff training, high employee turnover and, consequently, team weakening. The ecosystem includes an AI trainer that helps employees practice argumentation in improvised dialogues. The idea was developed by Nikita Lomakin, Nikita Tarasenko, Petr Deynarovich and Stepan Vostrokanov.

Alexey Sidorov, Director of T2’s Volga macro‑region:

"The staffing issue has been and remains one of the most pressing in the business sphere. It is important not merely to fill a vacancy, but to retain a person on the team, to turn a young specialist into an experienced professional. The ecosystem presented by the young developers from SUPTEAM is based on artificial intelligence and allows for effective staff training across a wide range of business directions, and employees, in turn, apply the knowledge gained in practice. The project deservedly won T2’s special nomination as an ambitious and modern solution that certainly has a future."
